I just received the details for the Talladega Exhibition next week. Since this is an event that benefits the students, all students are required to attend.

Admission is $5.00 all patrons pay at the gate
Order of Bands and Performance Times
Winterboro 5:00 pm
Talladega Central 5:20 pm
Munford 5:40 pm
Fayetteville 6:00 pm
Childersburg 6:20 pm
Lincoln 6:40 pm
Talladega 7:00 pm
Ranburne 7:20 pm
BB Comer 7:40 pm
Sylacauga 8:00 pm
Clay County 8:20 pm
All Buses will park behind the visitors side stands
All Spectators and bands will sit on the home side.
Each band will be given time for a short warm-up in the end zone prior to their
performance.
Please be mindful of the time so we can stay on schedule throughout the evening
Please pick up judges comments in the press box at the conclusion of the evening and recorded comments will be emailed out to each director the following day.
Concession stand list and prices are listed below Please share this information with your students prior to the event.
Please ask your students to help keep their area within the stands clean and throw all trash away at the end of the evening.

Call Time:
Depart for BB Comer: 5:00PM
Arrive at BB Comer: 6:30PM (Restroom, unload, get dressed)
Warm-Up: 7:10PM
Performance: 7:20
Load Up: 7:30
Depart: 8:00
Arrive at RHS: 9:30 (QUICK Unload)
We are allowing your students to check out after this performance since it is a school night. You may stay and enjoy the rest of the bands or go home. Same rules apply with signing out.
This is a great opportunity for our students to know exactly what we should focus on for the next week. A huge shoutout to the Talladega Band Directors for allowing us to come!
