Tonight is our game against Woodland! Student call time is 4:45PM. Tonight we will be performing our FULL show! So come and see what we've accomplished in just a few weeks. The students have pushed hard through this heat, and I know I am not alone in wishing fall would hurry up!
Tomorrow is also JSU BAND DAY! Students that turned their $10 in and info slip must meet us in front of Bibb Graves Hall at 8:15PM. A paper was sent home Tuesday, but I am going to repost the info here in case it didn't make it home!
GENERAL INFORMATION
We will all meet at Bibb Graves Hall at 8:15AM (AL Time) as group since we registered all together. Transportation to and from JSU is on your own. The schedule is as follows:
8:15A - Registration with the RHS Band
9:00A - Welcome Meeting
10:30A - On Field Rehearsal
11:30A - Lunch (Also time to change into band day shirt)
2:00P - Get seated in Stadium
3:00P - Kick-off (kids perform at HALFTIME. The Marching Southerners perform for the students at the very end.)
MEALS
Pizza and water is served to the students during lunch. Students should bring around $15-$20 for concessions during the game.
SEATING
The RHS Band will sit together on the visitors side in sections H or I.
Please look at JSU’s bag policy before bringing things to the stadium!!!! (on back)
PARENTS
Admission is a special price for parents and guardians at $5 a person. Parents must be with their student during this event.
FAILURE TO ATTEND
Failure to attend JSU Band Day will result in the student paying the full price (+$20).
