Thank you everyone who helped with the chick-fil-a tent! Practice until 4:30 this week Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday! Please turn in any forms you haven't turned in yet! Go Bulldogs! Huge thank you to the RHS Band for an incredible 2 nights of rehearsals this week! Continue to practice on your own because it's amazing the huge difference it makes when you practice on your own! If you're not practicing on your own, start tomorrow! To the parents who came out to help get the concession stand cleaned out tonight: THANK YOU!! The band wouldn't be successful without everyone helping out and I'm excited for a great year! See everyone at the fair Saturday! 1:00 PM call time for the performance! EVEN IF YOU CAN ONLY HELP FOR 20 MINUTES, WE NEED YOUR HELP!! Saturday, August 17: ARRIVE AT THE HEFLIN FAIR AT 1:00 PM FOR PERFORMANCE AT 1:30!! Please show up to work 10 minutes before your session. All money raised will go towards the Orlando Trip and split between those working. **You MUST work in your session! If you're thinking of just showing up and working in a session that is already full, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR WORKING!! ONLY THOSE SIGNED UP FOR THE SESSION WILL RECEIVE CREDIT FOR WORKING!!** The August Booster Meeting will take place Monday, August 12, 2013 at 6:00 - 7:00 PM CST in the band room. Our performance for the fair on Saturday, August 17, 2013 will be 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM! This is a mandatory performance! If you have not completed the online form to work a session at the fair, please click the "2013 Marching Band" tab at the top of the page OR click the button below. Please fill out the Fair Fundraiser Form on the "2013 Marching Band" page. You can get to this form by clicking the tab at the top right of this page or by clicking the button below. After a session has filled up with workers, the option will be removed from the form. Everyone must sign up for a time to work! Also, performance time at the fair will be announced when the time it set.
