Here is all of the information that you will need regarding the game tomorrow night and the events that surround it:
Students make sure that you wear your BAND TSHIRT tomorrow for the pep rally in the gym during seventh period. Also bring BLACK SOCKS and your GLOVES with you when you arrive to get ready for the game. The student call time for the game tomorrow will be 4:15PM Central time. The reason it is a little earlier is so that we can have everything arranged for our alumni to play with us in the stands if they wish to do so. Any alumni that are still wanting to come, your call time will be 4:30PM Central time.
REMEMBER!! If you are a student and have not had your parent work your required half of a football game in the concession stand, THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE TO DO SO! You will be assessed the previously agreed upon $100 concession fine if you do not find someone to work! I have a couple of names already signed up for tomorrow's game in the concession stand and they are listed as follows:
If your name was either left off of this list or is on this list by mistake, please let me know. You can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will be doing pre-orders for food for 3rd quarter break tomorrow, so bring money with you if this is something that you would like to purchase.
REMEMBER! All fundraiser orders are due on NOVEMBER 2nd! That gives everyone about 2 weeks to sell as much as they possibly can. For those of you in marching band that did not hear me initially, there will be a $100 fee if you do not sell anything at all. Come and see me if you need more order forms for any of the fundraiser options.
ALSO: PLEASE GO HOME AND GO STRAIGHT TO BED TOMORROW NIGHT AFTER THE GAME! I cannot stress this enough. Because it will be a quick turnaround getting up so early on Saturday morning for the competition, you MUST get some good sleep. When you don't get enough rest, your brain is much more likely to make mistakes, especially when you are performing. We are still meeting at 6:30AM CENTRAL TIME on Saturday morning, so please don't oversleep and please don't be late.
